Since 70% of all communication is non-verbal, I was impressed that the Quillen sales representative immediately did several visual tests of our windows, involving us, Great way to start! The information, examples, and demonstrations answered our questions thoroughly.
We thought it would take a little time to notice the difference and reap the benefits... Not So ! The improvement was "right now". We could feel the security, and insulation -- no more drafts in the rooms or cold shivers when you pass a window. It is an amazing and pleasant surprise to discover such immediate results.

Originally we had planned to have another company install replacement windows. They could not provide the window we wanted. We contacted Quillen Bros and they gave us the windows we wanted. We started out with windows we had to prop open with a stick, some with rotted framework, and mold growing between the glass. Then Quillen Bros made us an offer we could not refuse due to their wonderful warranty. They replaced 8 windows, fixed 4 windows framework, and wrapped all of the windows. this was all completed within and 8 hour day by friendly and knowledgable staff. We now enjoy our new windows which perfectly match our woodwork and can be opened easily. We look forward to using our new windows and the protection they will provide our home.

Quillen Bros, Inc. without a doubt went above and beyond our expectations. Starting with their honesty in their sales people; Chris was great, it was not a high pressure sale he was very helpful and was very knowledgeable with the product.
The service was fast, it was no time and our windows were here and being installed. Quillen Bros installation men were very friendly and polite, they didn't even mind when our 2 year old son wanted to pitch in and help. The install was quick and clean, a day and a half and everything was complete. I was very impressed by the cleanup, they vacuumed the inside of the house and on the outside there was not even a piece of aluminum left behind.
The windows are wonderful! Most of our previous windows no longer opened without the use of a wrench. The new windows open with ease. I have cleaned the new windows more already then I ever cleaned the old ones. The cleaning process is very easy with a touch of two buttons the window is tilted in and I can clean it in a snap. They are beautiful and I can already tell a difference in the cooling, the air condition does not run near as much as it use to. As for sound, we live on a major highway and the sound is muffled drastically. We can not say enough; our hat goes off to Quillen Bros. and their employees.

Back in 2001 we had 4 windows purchased from and installed by Quillen Bros Windows. We are extremely pleased and satisfied and knew that when we were going to replace more windows we wanted them to come back. We know of no better window on the market, and we know of no better people to work with either. All aspects are more than you would expect. In other words - All expectations are exceeded. The rooms that have Quillen Bros Windows are warmer in the winter, cooler in the summer, and quieter - the railroad is 1/2 block down the street. Obviously we never had "Buyers Remorse" or we wouldn't have made a second purchase of windows. We believe them to be worth every penny spent.

We have had our new windows in now over a month. The windows in our bedroom faces the train tracks and we hardly hear the trains at all anymore and our bedroom is a lot warmer now. The windows in our living room has also made it warmer and I can't wait till spring when I can open the windowsin our living room to get fresh air instead of having to turn on the A/C to get cool. Ever since we moved into our house 4 1/2 years ago, we've wanted a bay window in the front. We have a smaller home and not only liked the look of a bay window, but knew it would help open up the front room. We were in the process of looking into other local window companies for an estimate when we came across Quillen Bros. One of their salesman came out and gave us a demonstration of their Rhino Tuff glass. The duability and warranty of the glass/window was amazing! Even though we thought it might be out of our price range right now. Quillen Bros. made it possible for us to make the upgrade to the bay window.
When the installers came out, they were very professional. It was the middle of winter, yet they were still able to work fast to enclose the open area. They cleaned up all messes and were gone in just a few hours.
We would recommend Quillen Bros. to anyone needing window replacements. The service, quality and price far exceed any other local company. Great Job!

The Quillen Bros crew arrived and within 2 hours replaced the windows in our bedroom which immediately reduced the noise and greatly increased the warmth in our room.

The Quality of the windows is great and the men who installed them were fast and knew what they were doing. Everything was cleaned up when they were finished and no mess left behind.
I could tell the most difference when it was cold and windy outside. I don't feel a draft flowing through the house. Also it is quieter. Trains and cars are less noticeable.
